We deliver gift boxes nationwide and pride ourselves on our reliable courier network. Please read the information below regarding our delivery service:
*Rural deliveries may incur an extra delivery charge. We will confirm with you.
Standard New Zealand Delivery Rates
North Island - $15.95 (excluding rural)
South Island - $17.95 (excluding rural)
*Please note that the above delivery rates are for one gift box item delivery. For multiple orders going to the same address, please contact us for a price.
Urgent Wellington Same Day & Saturday Delivery - $25.00 (excludng Kapiti Coast and Wairarapa). *Note that for same weekday delivery within Wellington, the order needs to be placed before 12pm. For Saturday Delivery in Wellington, the order needs to be placed before 10am.
Time Frame for deliveries:
North Island is 1 - 2 working days.
South Island is 2 - 3 working days .
Rural - please allow an additional 2 - 3 working days as addition to above delivery times.
Please note that our couriers deliver during weekdays only and there are no Saturday or Sunday deliveries. Also, couriers do not collect orders from our premises over the weekend.
Acceptance of gift boxes
Our couriers require a signature from the recipient upon receipt of your ordered gift box. We prefer this for 'peace of mind'. If the recipient is not home at the time of delivery the courier will leave a card informing of the recipient that they had been to deliver. The card will include courier contact information to arrange pickup or delivery of the item.
Delivery Tracking Information
Once you place your order you will receive a tracking number, which you can use to track the delivery of your gift box.
Other Delivery Information
To ensure your gift box is delivered safely, please give us as much information as you can. If the item is to be delivered to an apartment or gated complex, please ensure you provide the recipient's phone number so they can be contacted by the courier for access. If the item is going to a business address, please provide the business name, the level the recipient works on and the time they finish work.
We can not take responsibility if the incorrect delivery details have been provided, so please take the time to ensure these are filled out correctly.
Please note that we do not deliver to PO Boxes.
Please note that we use New Zealand Couriers, the most reliable courier network across New Zealand, and do our utmost best to ensure the recipient receives their gift box within the delivery time frame. However, at times there are freight delays that are caused by a range of unforeseen circumstances. This could cause delivery to take longer than our standard times. Unfortunately this is out of our control.
If there is a delay in delivery, you can either contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or contact the courier directly and use the tracking number that you receive.
Unfortunately we do not offer a collection service due to the conditions within our alcohol license.
